Account Managers
Account Managers serve as a primary contact for our customers. They provide information concerning product pricing and availability. By coordinating and working with our other service teams, Account Managers ensure that all customer needs are met and that exemplary customer service is provided.
Customer Service Representatives
These team members can be reached by telephone, fax, Email, or mail to place product orders. They manage customer orders from input to delivery ensuring order accuracy and prompt delivery. They can also provide any order status information needed.
Technical Service Representatives
The technical service representatives are available by telephone to answer questions and provide assistance with trouble-shooting. They can also arrange for any on-site assistance should the need arise.
Technical Marketing Specialists
Technical Marketing Specialists ensure that all technical details and needs concerning our MGB Alert® real-time PCR products are satisfied. These specialists visit labs and do pro-active care calls when needed, and are always available by phone to assist you.
